Job Description and responsibilities

1. To develop and disseminate the Company's QA manual and control all amendements and revisions.

2. To monitor all quality related activities on the project.

3. To perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the management.

4. To ensure quality requirements are disseminated to workers and sub contractors.

5. To facilitate client quality management meetings.

6. To review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.

7. To monitor th disposition of all issued non conformance reports.

8. To monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend and implement improvements when required.

9. To coordinate all QA / QC activities with the Project Manager.

10. To coordinate all quality related correspondence witht he customer's representatives.

11. To action and close all customer complaints.

12. To control and archive documentation upon the completion of the project.
