Job Description:

• Plan day to day activity and ensure smooth coordination

• Maintains a safe work environment and promotes safe work practices. Communicates and implements company and regulatory safety policies and standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with your team, management and stakeholders.

• In coordination with purchasing, maintains a timely supply of all materials required for uninterrupted production.

• Ensures proper operation of all equipment, follows up on its condition and coordinates required repairs with Maintenance to ensure the preservation of capital and minimization of downtime. Also maintains high standards of housekeeping.

• Ensure compliance to production and delivery schedules.

• Managing quality assurance. Collaborates with Quality Control personnel to ensure that production is done in accordance with QC requirements.

• Manage budget and cost reduction initiatives

• Maximise and optimise the performance of people, plant and fleet to deliver the highest customer service and performance outcomes

• To observe and report all movements within precast yard to top management

• To detect, troubleshoot and solve issues that may arise from production

• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering

• Able to read basic structural drawings, proficient in MS Office, Primavera, Autocad.

• Keen eye for mistakes and detail oriented.

• Preferably 5 year(s) of working experience

• Experience with 3D modelling software.

• Possess strong leadership skill that is able to self-motivate and take initiative to troubleshoot production issues.

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
