Our client is a well-established audio solutions provider headquartered in Singapore. They specialize in delivering high-quality sound technologies across consumer, professional, and in-vehicle applications. With a strong distribution network, their products are available through demo centres, major electronics retailers, and car audio specialists nationwide. We are currently hiring a Junior Demand/Supply Planner to support their Consumer Audio business unit.

Working Arrangement: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (with 2 days WFH)

about the job

• Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop demand forecasts, manage product life cycle data (e.g. lead time, MOQ, end-of-life), and maintain the IBP system.
• Drive end-to-end supply planning activities including procurement, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, warehousing, and delivery across multiple sales channels.
• Maintain accurate master data in SAP/IBP systems, manage MRP-related tasks, track serial numbers, and ensure proper handling of inbound/outbound shipments and product samples.
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, support documentation for regulatory compliance (e.g. COO, HS code), and manage returns or distributor-related issues.
• Coordinate between vendors, sales, and customer service to support weekly operations reviews, monitor KPIs, resolve inventory and payment variances, and assist in stock sharing projects globally.

skills and experience required

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
• At least 1 year of experience in demand or supply planning
