Role Summary

As a Production Operations Section Manager, you will lead the coordination of customer engagement, production planning, and operational readiness to ensure efficient and responsive manufacturing operations. You will oversee production control processes, manage customer relationships, and drive the development of productivity systems and workflows during the fab's early construction and ramp-up phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production coordination team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer communication.
• Oversee production scheduling, progress tracking, and issue resolution to meet delivery commitments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments (Manufacturing, Integration, Sales).
• Manage the development and implementation of productivity-related systems and operational workflows.
• Monitor and report on production KPIs, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Support cross-functional project management during fab construction and system setup phases.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production control and customer service processes.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing operations team.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production control, fab planning, or manufacturing operations,
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech production environments is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to Taiwan or other locations for training and collaboration as needed.
