Job Requirements:
- Perform administrative works which include keeping records, filing, typing of reports, answering telephone calls, etc.
- Organize and schedule meetings and events.
- Operate company SAP system and the RSAF Enterprise System (ES) system to transact AGE details for spares demands, work services, Purchase Requisition, etc.
- Other administrative works as dictated by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge in operating Microsoft Powerpoint, Words and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP system preferred
