Location: Kallang

Working hours: Mon - Thurs: 9.30am - 7.00pm, Fri: 9.30am - 6.30pm

Salary: Up to $4800 per month (Based on expereince)

• Support Creative and Production Planning
  Attend meetings with the creative team to understand show concepts and contribute ideas for performances.
• Assist in Scheduling and Logistics
  Help plan and coordinate rehearsal, filming, and logistics schedules with Production Managers.
• Facilitate Recording and Content Production
  Support music, video, and projection content creation, including sourcing materials and assisting with studio recordings.
• Coordinate with Participating Groups
  Liaise with performance groups on rehearsals, costumes, props, and other logistical needs before and during Chingay.
• Oversee On-Site Rehearsals and Shows
  Work with production teams to manage the performing area and ensure smooth execution during rehearsals and show days.
• Provide Administrative and Operational Support
  Handle admin tasks, manage volunteers, prepare presentation materials, and be available for evening and weekend duties as required.
