Requirements:
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using SolidWorks for Oil & Gas industry applications.
- Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and deliver design solutions.
- Work independently to manage design tasks, resolve technical issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools to manage design data and document revisions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards across all design work.
- Provide technical input and support during manufacturing, testing, and installation phases.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficient in SolidWorks 3D CAD and PLM systems.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and engineering principles.
- Able to work independently with customers, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and manufacturing processes is a plus.
