Quality Control Manager

• Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK {Expo MRT}
• Project Based in Outram / Tuas / New Project Location
• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $6,000 to $6,500

Current project: Healthcare construction in Outram Park and Logistics Hub at Tuas. [ Main Contractor ]

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage project-specific QAQC plans, inspection procedures, and checklists.
• Ensure construction activities comply with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Mark requirements.
• Lead quality inspections, audits, and assessments across all trades.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor site activities to ensure proper execution of works and adherence to specifications.
• Review and approve material and method statements in accordance with project standards.
• Maintain documentation for inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
• Train and guide site teams on quality standards and best practices.
• Prepare site for CONQUAS and QM assessments, including mock-up reviews and scoring strategy.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance quality performance.
• In charge of material testing, mock-ups, PMU and VMU for the façade.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in QAQC roles within the construction industry.
• Minimum of one project experience in a QAQC managerial role.
