Job Summary:

We are looking for diligent and responsible Production Operators to join our assembly line team. You will be involved in SKD (Semi Knocked Down) product assembly, quality checks, and ensuring that production targets are met. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Handle SKD components and assemble products accurately and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate basic tools, jigs, and equipment on the production line
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation
• Report any production or quality issues to the supervisor
• Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment if required
• Follow safety and 5S practices on the production floor

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
• 1-2 years of production or assembly experience preferred (fresh entrants are welcome)
• Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
• Comfortable with standing work and manual handling
• Basic understanding of Chinese is a plus (for reading simple labels/instructions)
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
