Requirements:
- Operate production machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions, Health & Safety, and Quality Standards
- Perform incoming and outgoing product inspections, including visual inspection of finished goods under a microscope
- Assist engineers in recording and verifying process data to support process optimization
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts
- Clean and maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of the designated work area
- Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures at all times
- Understand and communicate in basic English to follow work instructions and safety guidelines
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or engineer
- On-the-job training will be provided
Requirements:
- Able to work in a Cleanroom environment (gowning and controlled environment)
- Basic understanding of English (reading and verbal communication)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- A team player with a responsible and proactive attitude
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Experience in microscope inspection is an advantage
- Willing to work shifts and overtime if required
