Job Opening: PRESCHOOL MAINTENANCE MANAGER (HANDYMAN ROLE)

Location: Near Labrador MRT
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
Salary: $4,000 - $5,500/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Preschool Maintenance Manager to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for young children and staff. Your efforts will directly support a nurturing and secure learning space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the preschool's facilities
• Conduct routine checks and repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors when necessary
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and inspections

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building or facility maintenance
• Good knowledge of basic repair techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to issues
• Passion for working in an environment dedicated to child safety
