In this hybrid role, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of our productions, bridging the gap seamlessly from initial shoots through to post-production and final delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end production and post-production workflows, ensuring creative excellence and technical precision.
• Coordinate and guide creative teams including editors, colorists, motion graphics artists, audio engineers, and crew on set.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and logistics across production and post-production phases.
• Provide hands-on support during shoots, ensuring technical and creative standards are met.
• Implement best practices in technical workflows, maintaining efficient systems for remote collaboration, media management, and QC.

Who You Are:

• An experienced production professional comfortable leading both shoots and post-production workflows.
• Technically proficient, with a strong grasp of video formats, codecs, broadcast standards, and post-production processes.
• A proactive leader who manages projects effectively, balances priorities effortlessly, and thrives under deadlines.
