Production- Ensure accountability for all of fleets by tallying the physical count and locations manage, plan and overseeing the day-to-day of the operation service. (planning, parking, transferring of vehicles, breakdown)
- Plan and forecast manpower which revolves around Fleet Movement
- Plan and forecast daily & weekly tasks for the team
- Managing the fleet and parking facilities
- Work closely with workshops to monitor and track the progress of daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Ensure the team conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure the required documentation is completed correctly of all fleet movement activities.
- Communicates with drivers and planners regarding delivery status and updates.
- Plan Fleet Movement that consist of Deployment, Mandatory Vehicle Inspections & Vehicle Recall campaigns
- Manage and report any issues or breakdowns promptly to the planning and towing team
- Ensure timely and effective solution plan for the team if problem occur
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve service outcomes.
- Monitor and track the progress of daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Submitting weekly reports
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years' experience.
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in managerial or supervisory role will be advantageous.
- Top-notch oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong communication skills required.
- Well-developed arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial.
- Affinity for multitasking with precision.
- Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism.
