Industry: Manufacturing / Contract Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide admin support to Marketing Engineers.
• Handle order processing, PO verification, delivery coordination, and RMA.
• Manage documents like SWO, price changes, RFQ, and e-billing.
• Maintain accurate pricing and shipment records.
• Prepare reports (sales, OTD, open orders, etc.).
• Support project execution and coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Upload verified SWOs and assist with other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of admin/project coordination experience in manufacturing preferred.
