about the job
You will be accountable for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of testing services across multiple domains, including Payments, Real-time Data, and Online API programs. This role involves managing external testing vendors, reviewing and approving test strategies and plans, driving adherence to test governance standards, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with program goals. As the first point of escalation, you'll coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and service excellence across a multi-vendor environment.

skills and experience required

• At least 10 years' experience in test delivery, including 5 years in a senior management capacity within large-scale, complex environments
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor testing services, with strong knowledge in payments processing and transaction banking
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery models
• Strong experience with tools such as HP ALM, LoadRunner, Tosca, Selenium, Appium, JIRA, etc.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ISTQB, or awareness of TMMi framework are preferred
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), and test optimization through shift-left and zero-touch strategies
• Strong domain knowledge in Payments, Transaction Banking, and Wealth Management
• Hands-on experience delivering multi-million-dollar programs, including mobile and API testing for high-stakes digital banking solutions
• Strong understanding of test governance, KPI tracking, and toolsets such as HP ALM, LoadRunner, Tosca, JIRA, Tableau, and SOAPUI
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field; PMP, ISTQB, or TMMi awareness preferred
