What You'll Do
As a vital part of our production team, your role will keep the heartbeat of our factory running smoothly:

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot battery production machines
• Perform routine quality checks and material loading
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of your work area
• Identify minor machine issues and report major ones
• Physically fit to handle materials (10-15kg)

⏰ Work Schedule - Better Work-Life Balance

• Rotating monthly shifts:
  ▪️ Day: 7:30AM - 7:30PM
  ▪️ Night: 7:30PM - 7:30AM
• Only 4 working days/week (~15 days/month!)
• Optional OT available to boost your take-home pay
• Includes:
  ▪️ 1-hour meal break
  ▪️ 2 paid tea breaks (adds up to 30 mins paid OT daily)

Salary & Benefits
Earn more while working fewer days:

• Gross Pay: $2,700 - $3,300/month (includes OT & allowances)
• Shift Allowances:
  ▪️ Up to $15/day (Day Shift)
  ▪️ Up to $25/night (Night Shift)
• Bonuses:
  ▪️ 13th-month bonus
  ▪️ 1-2 months performance bonus

Location & Accessibility

• Based in Tuas
• Free company shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT
