Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and manage communication between internal teams and clients.
• Align customer demand with production schedules and inventory availability.
• Analyze forecasts and inventory to plan material needs; coordinate with procurement for timely supply.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, ensuring alignment with production and customer requirements.
• Track production status and resolve any issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain BOMs, fulfilment databases, and support process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement efforts.
