Job Requirement
- Produce specifications for, design, develop, manufacture and install new or modified mechanical components or systems.
- Maintenance, checking of system and equipment
- Evaluate the facility operations and retrofitting activities.
- Review safety reports on compliance and non-compliance to regulatory and organizational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and Environmental Management System (EMS) standards and practices.
- Implement solutions based on incident response procedures and analyze maintenance data.
- Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting & repair
- Develop tender specifications, maintenance contracts and SLA and propose budget plan.
- Ensure all ad-hoc works and preventive maintenance works are carried out expeditiously and on time
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Team player and able to communicate well with the team
- Independent and adequate experience in ACMV, Pump
- Office location: Singapore Polytechnic
