Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible in Material Planning and control of raw materials inventory.
• Responsible in preparation of Purchase Requisition (PR) and perform Good Received Note (GRN) for incoming raw materials needed by the production.
• Responsible in preparation of schedule of incoming raw materials based on production schedule.
• Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
• Support monthly/ yearly inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy.
• Translate Customer Demand into Production Priorities and track completion dates and address any gaps.
• Minimize risk of stock out in production and packaging, while improving on-time delivery, inventory turns and minimizing product expiry due to shelf life constraints.
• Reviews, recommends and execute delivery plans of the required raw materials and finished goods based on PO issued by the central purchase.
• Reviews production planned performance report on a monthly basis.
• Reviews, recommends and maintains buffer levels of finished goods based on given demand/requirements
• Maintains safety/target quantity levels of raw materials considering site warehouse capacity.
• Report irregularities or other non-conformance which may occur at the level of your responsibilities to your immediate superior.
• Performs additional or special assignments that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Education and Work Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business or Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and ability to perform data analytics.
