• Assist in the preparation and production of sushi and Japanese bento boxes for daily delivery to major supermarkets.
• Operate in various production sections within the central kitchen as assigned.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen and production area are consistently maintained.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished food products.
• Properly pack and label food items for delivery according to company guidelines.
• Comply with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Accurately maintain daily production and inventory records.

Requirement:

• Basic cooking and food preparation skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays, with flexible shifts if required.

Other Information:

Working Hour: 10pm-7am (5/6/5/6 days)
Salary: $2000 (Basic) + $100 (Transport Allowance)
