Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC procedures to ensure construction activities meet project specifications, codes, and authority regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits; ensure strict adherence to method statements, BCA guidelines, and local submission requirements.
Manage and prepare all QM submissions and related authority documents for inspection and approvals.
Oversee and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on material sampling, off-site inspections, testing, and certifications.
Lead the review and resolution of non-conformities, propose corrective actions, and ensure all records are up to date and properly documented.
Liaise closely with project teams, consultants, and government agencies to facilitate inspections and submissions.
Ensure all quality-related activities align with the overall Project Execution Plan and construction timelines.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of on-site experience in QA/QC within the construction industry; main contractor experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of authority submission processes in Singapore (e.g. BCA, SCDF, PUB, LTA, NEA, etc.).
Familiar with construction standards, codes of practice, and local regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage project documentation, perform risk identification, and uphold safety and quality standards.
Fluent in Mandarin and English for effective communication with our internal Chinese-speaking teams and local authorities.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
