• Industry/ Organization Type: Event Agency
• Position Title: Production and Operations Executive
• Working Location: Nearest MRT - Tiong Bahru
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6.30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,400 + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team to plan and organize events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Handle all production needs, including permits and licenses.
• Find and manage vendors to ensure quality and timely service.
• Manage event operations from planning to completion for smooth execution.
• Assist with on-site setup and ensure event operations run as planned.
• Solve any issues during events quickly to ensure minimal impact.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event set construction.
• Ability to understand AutoCAD layouts and technical plans.
