Job Description

We are hiring responsible and detail-oriented Production Operators to support our manufacturing operations. The role involves following standard procedures, maintaining product quality, and ensuring efficient use of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow supervisor's instructions and complete daily production tasks
• Adhere to SOPs and equipment operation guidelines
• Conserve materials and reduce waste during production
• Report any quality issues and cooperate on defect handling
• Accept guidance from technicians and follow workshop regulations

Job Requirements:

• Aged 18-50, with minimum junior high school education
• Prior experience in an electronics factory is required; wire harness experience is a plus
• Able to read and understand SOPs; drawing reading skills are an advantage
• Responsible, disciplined, and a team player
• OT required; must be able to support when needed
