Job Title: Planner (ID1586)
Location: Pioneer, transport pick up Singapore and JB Bukit Indah
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 17:30pm
Salary: $3500 - $3800
Benefit: 12 days Annual Leave, AWS and Variable Bonus

Job Description
• Process PR & purchase order to Purchasing Dept.
• Prepare weekly report and present to HQ(Japan).
• Prepare forecast to Purchasing Dept for information sharing to suppliers.
• Maintain data integrity in all systems.
• Assist related departments in conducting monthly and yearly inventory checks.
• Prepare, Monitor and update FG shipment.
• Assist in maintaining proper ISO/OSHAH Standard Procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Requirement:
• At least Diploma or 1-2 years of work experience materials or production planning related field.
• Good communication, planning and negotiation skills
• Good analytical and people management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in Advanced Excel
• Additional Warehouse Management System knowledge, SAP knowledge will be a plus
