Working Hours: Mon - Fri, Office Hours
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to $3K + AWS + VB

Your Role:
✔️ Assemble precision mechanical, laser, or small components with accuracy and consistency
✔️ Conduct bench tests to ensure quality and performance
✔️ Review and improve assembly workmanship while identifying process enhancements
✔️ Maintain production records and uphold high-quality standards
✔️ Work with blueprints, diagrams, and materials to ensure seamless assembly
✔️ Collaborate with teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality

Requirements:
NITEC or equivalent qualification
2+ years of experience in precision assembly-laser, optical, or small mechanical components preferred
Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and follow clear instructions
