What You'll Do:

• Operate and troubleshoot chemical processes to meet production goals.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and ensure safety standards.
• Participate in safety meetings and emergency response teams.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-train peers.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in chemical manufacturing or production.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a 2-2-3 pattern.
