Responsibilities:

Production Supervisor ($3,800 + Allowance)

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and target achievement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Lead and coordinate production teams for optimal performance.

Line Leader ($2,400 + Allowance)

• Supervise and guide production staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to company quality and safety protocols.
• Support production improvements and troubleshooting efforts.

Operator ($1,900 + Allowance) - No Experience Required

• Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect machine performance and report any malfunctions.
• Conduct quality checks to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas.
• Assist in training new team members for operational effectiveness.

Requirement:

• Entry level is welcomed.
• Candidate with relevant experiences in manufacturing/ semicon is a plus
