Responsibilities:

• Document and define factory and production processes and procedures across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements, including automation.
• Deploy and execute production processes and procedures in both Singapore and overseas locations.
• Oversee the next-generation production system for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with factory and process engineering standards through audits and regulatory adherence.
• Perform other duties related to operations and process engineering as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing setting.
• Willing to travel overseas if necessary
