CNC PROGRAMMER

(Furniture Manufacturing)

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer drawings to our production drawing

• Develop new CNC programs to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding milling for production runs

• Improve CNC program efficiency by optimizing tool paths and reducing cycle times

• Perform quality checks with the machine operator to ensure the program is producing parts according to specifications.

• Communicate with supervisors, engineers, production, quality control and other personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.

• Continually maintain the CNC programming database.

Job Requirement:

• Familiar with machining process of CNC Milling and Rover Machining Centre
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specializing in wood furniture Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
