Key Responsibilities:
A. Quality Assurance
  • Define and implement procedures and controls to meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and enforce quality assurance strategies and regulations.
  • Assess risks, ensure compliance, and provide recommendations.
  • Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections, including corrective actions.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure product and service compliance with environmental regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and provide quality training.

B. Quality Performance
  • Formulate quality performance development plans, guidelines, and policies.
  • Set and oversee goals and targets to meet performance standards.
  • Address complex complaints from major clients and ensure process improvements.

C. Total Quality Programs (TQP)
  • Design, coordinate, and implement Total Quality Program initiatives.
  • Direct the design, facilitation, and evaluation of quality improvement projects.
  • Support the creation and evaluation of TQP incentive plans and programs.

D. Compliance
  • Develop strategies to perform detailed audits of manufacturing practices for compliance with domestic and international regulations (including ISO standards).
  • Identify weaknesses and discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and consult with management to establish compliant practices.
  • Conduct compliance training as required.
