• Role: Assistant / Technical Manager
• 5.5 Work Days Alternate Half Saturday
• Mon - Fri, 8.45am to 5.30pm / Alternate Sat, 9am to 1pm
• Basic Salary: $3,500 - $5,000 + Bonus
• Office Located at Genting Lane - Geylang Bahru MRT
• Industry: Electrical Home Appliances [ Kitchen & Bathroom ]

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Must possess 5 years and above technical experience
3. Good understanding of safety standards and regulations for home appliances in Singapore, especially Steam Oven, Fridge / Refrigerator, Ceiling Fans and so on.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Technical Director to manage the Company's In-House Technicians and Service Partners
2. To troubleshoot and resolve matters relating to product quality and service by providing technical advice and/or performing service jobs
3. Assist to prepare & analyse monthly reports on concerns related to feedback received from customers on Company's products
4. To understand and resolve product quality issues with our partners or suppliers
5. Engagement with Statutory Authorities on Standards, policy and product matters
6. To propose and implement process change to improve the overall productivity of the department
7. Other duties as assigned by the Technical Director
