Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze design drawings and customer specifications to break down complete cabinet designs into individual components.
• Utilize specialized nesting and order processing software (e.g., Swood, 3D Home, guigui, eCabinet, Homag, etc.) to generate cutting lists and CNC machining programs.
• Optimize material usage to minimize waste and reduce production costs.
• Coordinate with designers and production teams to ensure accuracy in part specifications.
• Operate and program CNC machines, edge banders, panel saws, and drilling machines for precise cutting, shaping, and assembly of cabinet parts.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety regulations.

Requirement:

• At least 10 Years of working in a Automatic woodworking factory;
• Able to adjust Edge Banding machines to its best performance;
• At least 5 years of experience in using cabinet design breakdown software like Swood, to turn CAD design into manufacturing file;
• Expert in using and troubleshoot CNC ROUTER ;
• Able to assemble cabinet using various connectors including hidden connectors.

Salay: Basic S$3500+ Bonus+OT;
