Your Creative Adventure

Client Communication & Pitching:

Pitch creative concepts alignment with client's objective, and provide updates.

Ensure the shoot aligns with the client's vision and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

Pre-Production & Planning:

Collaborate with clients and the creative team to scout locations, create storyboards, and define project goals.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Equipment Setup & Shooting:

Select and set up the appropriate camera, lighting, and audio gear.

Capture high-quality footage through informed decisions on composition, camera movement, lighting, and sound.

Creative Direction & Production:

Lead creative execution during the shoot.

Oversee the production process, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Post-Production (Video Editing):

Review footage, select the best clips, and edit using software like Adobe Creative Suites ( Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects).

Enhance the video with visual effects, color grading, sound editing, and graphics.

Sync audio, add music, and adjust levels to ensure clarity.

Finalization & Delivery:

Render and optimize the final video for its intended platform.

Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and specifications while finalizing creative elements.

Archiving & Organization:

Organize video assets for smooth workflow and future use.

Manage asset storage and ensure easy access for future projects.

Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to remain competitive.

Who We're After

Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in video production, from pre-production to post-production.

Degree in Film, Media, or Related Field: A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a similar field is a bonus, but we're more interested in your portfolio and creative flair!

Certifications: Any certifications in video production, editing software (like Adobe Certified Expert), or other relevant fields are a plus!

Attitude: We're looking for someone who's ready to experiment, take risks, bring fresh ideas to the table, and stay flexible in adapting to new challenges and creative directions.
