Job Responsibilities
  • Management and execution of project planning, its coordination, control, monitoring and project implementation of construction and commissioning
  • Prepare and update project management plan, project schedule plan and project cost control plan
  • Project Scheduling, Coordination and Control
  • Assuming responsibility for assessing the accuracy of all schedules;
  • Incorporating all stakeholders activities and scope into programme for overall control & monitoring;
  • Tracking the work progress, managing the scheduling tool and resource leveling (using P6 and MS Project);
  • Coordinating the work of the planning/scheduling/progress;
  • Assisting in the presentation of scheduling and other control procedures to management;
  • Analyzing programme/interface problems, implementing solutions and expediting progress;
    Liaise with project stakeholders to develop scope and execution strategy and provide expert advice for the project management and its planning
  • Prepare and communicate reports and lead/manage/participate in planning meetings
  • Performance Assessment & Forecasting: Assess variances against baselines for cost, schedule, and resource usage (labor and productivity, materials, and equipment)
  • Any tasks or jobs assigned by Management

Job Requirements
  • Degree/ Diploma in Engineering, Science, Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in construction project management and planning
  • In-depth working knowledge of project management, project scheduling, project planning and control
  • Familiar with P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Related working experience in thermal power plant, process industries construction and multi disciplines engineering project
  • Familiar with Singapore construction project execution and interfacing with multiple parties and various agencies
