Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our precision manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, with a strong background in production planning, process improvement, quality control, and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure timely execution of manufacturing projects while maintaining quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor daily production output and identify areas for process optimization and improvement.
• Lead and implement quality control initiatives to meet product and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Supply Chain) to resolve production challenges.
• Manage factory resources efficiently - including manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow.
• Track production KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized factory environment aligned with 5S and safety standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development.
• Support audits, compliance, and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in high-mix, low-volume precision manufacturing.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Proficient in production planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good understanding of quality systems, process control, and lean methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
