Job Description:

➤Production planning
- Ensure on time project delivery based on customer requirement
- Production planning scheduling based on component availability, production manpower availability, production capacity and project priority
- Coordinate with purchasing team and warehouse team to ensure on time raw material delivery and receiving.
- Coordinate with production team to ensure finish goods on time delivery
- Coordinate on material shortages, expedite good delivery to production to minimize any delay to production processes
- Coordinate with 3rd party warehouse to perform components delivery order to factory and collection order of finish good to 3rd party warehouse
- Coordinate to revise production processes standard time & QA test standard time yearly

➤SAP process execution
- Assist SAP development in SAP QAS server
- Perform transactions in SAP Production server in Routing creation
- Perform transactions in SAP Production server in MIGO including Good receipt, Good Issue & Transfer posting
- Perform transactions in SAP Production server for various type of production order creation including downtime, development, rework, testing , witness test and standard type
- Perform amendment in production order BOM list whenever required
- Perform accuracy of each SAP transactions to ensure stock take accuracy
- COGI support whenever applicable
- Highlight to procurement whenever there is component discrepancy versus Purchase Order issuance
- SAP T-code sop creation and record filing

➤Witness test/QA test coordination
- Coordinate with sales to schedule Witness Test in planning schedule
- Coordinate with QA/Engineering to schedule QA test in planning schedule

➤Production support
- Report on production downtime monthly report.
- Report on long storage component monthly report
- To conform with company environmental practices.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

➤Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma, or any equivalent in Engineering or Supply chain management or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years of production planning experience in production planning and inventory management

➤Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and experience in ERP system preferable SAP system (PP module) with good knowledge of supply chain , material flow concept and production planning reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
