Competence Requirements
- To organize, co-ordinate, check and ensure all production activities follow as plan.
- Calculate machine cycle time and organize production schedule base on machine capacity and capabilities
- Plan manpower resources and delegate machining job to machinist
- Verify program issue to workshop
- Analyze and provide solution to solve problems between programmer and production dept.
- Analyze monthly machining and scrap report
- Good supervisory skill, people skill and 5 'S' housekeeping
- Good writing and communicating skill
- Good in mechanical process, such as machining process, H/T, jig and fixture etc.
Competence Requirements
- Preferred NTC 2 / Diploma in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working in related industry, and having 2 - 3 years of supervisory experience and preferably with working knowledge in machining processes.
- PC literate
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and is an effective team player who is also self driven with a strong achievement orientation.
