Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Work as a team with other QC Inspector to complete all task that given and meet the timeline.

• Monitor overall construction performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements.

• Inspect, test and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.

• Inspection, review of mill certificates, Material verification, Inspection of Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, valves, plate, tubes, Etc as per respective materials specifications, Codes, Standards & Client Specifications.

• Preparation of final inspection reports with all findings, abnormalities, and recommendations.

• Discard or reject products, materials and equipment not meeting specifications.

• Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety & quality standards.

• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.

• Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as number of defective products per day.

• Documents inspection results by completing reports and record keeping all related Quality document into quality database.

• Issue of NCR, Investigation and Corrective action.

• Responsible for equipment & device calibration with external calibration vendor and to perform internal calibration for all workers measuring equipment.

• Provide recommendations and timely updates on equipment degradation problems.

• Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.

• Work with Quality managers / production manager / D&E Manager to identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality expectation.

• Assist with respective Departments for the preparation for external audits.

• Take care of 5 "S" and safety in workstation.

• Witnessing PT, MPI, RT, metallographic tube testing and Hydro static test for statutory equipment.

• Read, understand project related ITP, procedures, specification requirements.

• Perform other assignments and duties as and when required.

Requirements

• Preferably with related working experience.
• Minimum O'level or equivalent qualifications
• Proficiency in English and adequate computer skills.
