Overall supervision of production personnel & production procedures

Job Objective

• To ensure that each department operates smoothly during office hours / OT.
• To ensure that better quality of products are produced.
• To ensure that all production personnel operates according to current Good Manufacturing
• Practice (cGMP) standards.

Responsibility

• Responsible for checking the quality of all the products manufactured.
• Recognize the importance of production process control.
• Report immediately to HOD and relevant personnel of any technical and disciplinary problems encountered during production.
• Seek approval from HOD before troubleshooting.
• In-charge of safekeeping of keys to main gate and ensuring that the gate is always locked after office hours.
• In-charge of the keys to the raw materials room and intermediate room when the Controller is absent.
• To check that the production procedure is followed and report any deviation from standard practice stated in the BMR.
• Report any non-compliant behavior according to GMP standards.
• Be well-trained in GMP standards.
• Provide suggestions for improvement of production work flow and its control.
• Willingness to learn all the production processes and operation and control of each piece of equipment.
• Perform the required administrative duties such as submitting the daily report, monitor the flow of BMR.
• Train new or existing production personnel according to training schedules from HOD.
• Assist the HOD with the production work flow.
• Duties as and when assigned by the Company.
