We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer with expertise in UG or MasterCAM software to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting CNC programs to ensure precision and efficiency in machining operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with machinists and tooling teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify CNC programs using UG or MasterCAM software.
• Perform calculations to determine cutting paths and material removal strategies.
• Conduct simulations and test runs to verify program accuracy.
• Define the sequence of machining operations for optimal efficiency.
• Write, review, and refine programs to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Select and recommend appropriate tools for machining processes.
• Coordinate with the tooling department to procure new cutting tools as needed.
• Troubleshoot programming issues and provide clear instructions to machinists.
• Monitor and ensure all programs adhere to blueprint specifications and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in UG (Unigraphics) or MasterCAM software.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming principles and machining processes.
• Ability to analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with machinists and engineers.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
