We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Automation System Expert to oversee and enhance our pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. This individual will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining automated systems to ensure high-efficiency production while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Automation System Design and Implementation:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated control systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the integration of automated systems into existing manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, IT) to ensure seamless system implementation.
• Process Optimization and Efficiency:
• Monitor and analyze production systems to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, productivity, and quality control.
• Continuously monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or adjustments to improve efficiency and output.
• Compliance and Quality Control:
• Ensure that all automation processes comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and other industry standards.
• Develop and enforce quality control measures related to automated manufacturing processes.
• Lead risk assessments and process validation activities related to automation systems.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve automation system issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Offer ongoing support and training to manufacturing personnel to ensure effective use of automation systems.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate documentation of automation system design, changes, testing, and validation results.
• Prepare detailed reports on system performance, maintenance, and improvements for senior management.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay current with new trends and technologies in automation and pharmaceuticals manufacturing.
• Recommend and implement new automation technologies that can improve production processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in automation systems within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, control systems (PLC, SCADA, Siemens PCS7), and process automation in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in system integration, process validation, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of data analysis, artificial intelligence, or machine learning in manufacturing environments.
• Certification in project management or Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing.
