Responsibilities:

• Manage primary consumer research execution for data collection and reporting and conduct advanced analysis when needed.
• Attend weekly seminars and workshops, summarise and document critical points and key takeaways to be shared with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate and deliver meaningful research results to key stakeholders and support insights communication.
• Work closely with Japan HQ and each division to align partnership and channel strategies with broader business goals.
• Develop and manage detailed operational timelines to ensure all studies are executed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and provide support for top management engagement sessions.
• Prepare detailed minutes of discussions to be shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Monthly management reporting

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of relevant experience, market research, consolidate to generate insights for ASEAN market
• Proficiency in analysing public and private sector data and formulate business strategies, based on understanding of the macro-economic trend
• Able to travel abroad (1-3 times a year)
• Fluent in both English and Japanese (preferably JLPT N1) to liaise with internal and Japanese counter part.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, adept to produce PowerPoint slides and presentations
