Job responsibilities

• API 510 Third party contract inspector to carry out full internal inspection of pressure vessel, e.g., drums, Exchanger , AFC header box & fin tubes, towers etc

--CDU3 INSP: Starting tentatively 07-SEP-2025, TAR Period two month from starting date. Actual start date will be advised.

--RCC INSP: Starting tentatively 18-SEP-2025, TAR Period two month from starting date. Actual start date will be advised.

• To write repair note & service Request of inspection findings and recommendation of repair methods to Lead Inspection Engineer or Inspection Manager for approval
• Familiarity in Meridium software for generating inspection report and recommendations
• To write, prepare and submit final inspection reports inclusive of inspection data with photos, review of NDT reports, included inspection recommendation & findings within 2~3 weeks upon completion of TAR inspection.
• API 510 Certification for API 510 Inspector & AWS/CSWIP Certification for welding Inspector with relevant refinery experience is required

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good communications of English language and write short repair work procedure on the pressure vessel, piping inspection/repair method, review of WPS/PQR.WQT, welding repair & NDE procedure, NDT requirements on repair weld joint and inspection report writing.
