Job Scope:

• Responsible and manage BU sales orders, forecasts and shipments to meet sales objectives for assigned markets.

• Process SO received from BU and upload into SAP timely.

• Liaise and co-ordinate UM supply with internal stakeholder Production/QA/ Logistics to ensure timely UM readiness to support BU collection.

• Manage and handle shelf-life extension of Unitized Material (UM) and related regulatory matters as requested by customers for assigned markets.

• Attend to customers’ enquires/feedback with appropriate resolutions.

• Manage and measure forecast accuracy which includes report submission for designated markets.

• Process PO for 1UM sales order from BU.

• Assist HOD for in any improvement projects initiative in respective areas.

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management and/or Business Administration

• Min. 3 years of working experience in supply management, preferably specialize in production/material planning role.

• Familiar with supply chain operation process.

• Good customer relationship.

• Well versed in computer skills such as Excel, power-point presentation
