Responsibilities:
Curriculum Reform
- Support the effective functioning of the Curriculum Reform Committee (CRC) and Working Groups.
- Serve as the Secretariat for CRC and Working Groups
- Coordinate logistics including booking meeting rooms, setting up videoconferencing, arranging AVIT support, and managing refreshments.
- Prepare, compile, and disseminate meeting packages, including meeting papers and slide decks, for CRC and Working Groups.
Curriculum Documentation
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation for the MBBS programme.
- Administer and maintain the electronic filing infrastructure for NTU MBBS degree documentation.
- Maintain version control of curriculum documents to reflect the latest updates and approvals.
- Prepare and track appointment/re-appointment letters for committee members, student representatives, and others.
Programme Policies and Processes
- Maintain and publish programme policies and processes to ensure transparency and effectiveness.
- Support the preparation of student-facing versions of policies and processes for publication on student intranet.
Educational Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement
- Ensure high standards in MBBS programme delivery through quality assurance activities.
- Assist in preparation of quality assurance documentation for submission to Ministry of Health.
Requirements:
- Relevant Polytechnic Diploma
- Background in medical education and/or healthcare administration would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational, written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous, resourceful, resilience and adaptable
- Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure
