Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-Lab@NTU) led by Prof. Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo is seeking for a research fellow to focus on fabrication, simulation, and characterization of electronic devices. The role will focus on fabrication, simulation, and characterization of electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Micro- and Nano-fabrication of electronic devices in cleanroom environments.
  • Experimental characterization and simulation of electronic devices.
  • Providing general research support to i-Lab.


Job Requirements:
  • PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Expertise in cleanroom nano-fabrication
  • Strong publication track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
