Job Description:

- Manage and expedite the production flow to meet production target.

- Understanding specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading mechanical drawings and process instructions.

- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day production operations.

- Plan and fully utilize of manpower and resources

- Lead the production technicians in their daily work activities.

- Ensure production timeline schedule is met.

- Manage production workflows, WIPs and resources.

- Manage equipment and machine preventive maintenance.

- Perform duties as per assigned by the production manager.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Familiar with using Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

- Well-versed CNC machine commands and experience in operating CNC machines.

- Good communication skills.

- Able to work as a team.
