Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Mon~Fri

Responsibilities:

• Lead a dynamic team of AE / Technicians focused on troubleshooting and resolving issues with Server & Rack products that arise during production testing.
• Test, analyze, and troubleshoot product failures, collaborating closely with customers, HQ, and factory teams to drive improvements.
• Identify the root causes of failures and isolate specific components or failure modes for targeted resolution.
• Actively participate in Kaizen activities, contributing innovative ideas and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Update and maintain Working Instructions as necessary, ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation.
• Provide comprehensive training on Working Instructions to technicians, empowering them with the knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and production during mass runs, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient operations.
• Engage in ISO activities, actively contributing to implementation and maintenance efforts to uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline, accompanied by at least 3 years of relevant experience in a Server/Rack/Manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with customers, test/R&D/system teams, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Linux systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated capacity to multitask and thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Solid understanding of test and debug methods and concepts, with the ability to apply them effectively.
• Proficiency in programming and debugging skills, enhancing the capability to troubleshoot effectively.
