We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards, meeting production targets, and maintaining an organized, efficient kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities

• \tSupervise and coordinate daily kitchen manufacturing activities

• \tLead, train, and schedule kitchen production staff

• \tEnsure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, GMPs, sanitation standards)

• \tMonitor production output to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals

• \tEnforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies

• \tOversee proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients and finished products

• \tConduct regular quality checks and resolve production issues promptly

• \tMaintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

• \tCollaborate with management on production planning and continuous improvement initiatives

• \tComplete required production reports and documentation
