Position: Production Technician (Manufacturing)

Well Established Singapore-Based SME

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2900commensurate with experience + AWS + VB

Location: Kallang

Industry: Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage weekly/daily production schedulesbased on demand forecasts.

• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure materialavailability and resolve shortages.

• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meetcustomer delivery timelines.

• Use ERP systems to track production and inventorydata.

• Analyze "plan vs. actual" variances and recommendcorrective actions.

• Ensure production flow is not disrupted and optimizeinventory levels.

• Collaborate closely with shop-floor supervisors andinternal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Diploma in Technical Engineering/ Supply Chain,Business or related field.

• Experience with SAP PP module, including knowledge ofwork order management, materials flow, and production planning is a plus.

• Strong in skills of negotiation and analysis.

• Require knowledge in work order management andunderstanding of Bill of Material.
